Recreational Scuba Diving
A Diver Medical Form is required before any scuba instruction. If you answer YES to questions 3, 5, or 10 OR to any of the questions on page 2, please read and agree to the statement by signing and dating it AND take all three pages of the Diver Medical Form to your physician for a medical evaluation. See the form in the Download Section.
Reactivate
SCUBA Reactivate is for PADI divers who haven't been diving for a while and want to get reacclimated. Includes PADI Reactivate eLearning course, a confined water (pool) session, and use of SCUBA gear.** Reactivate divers will receive an eCard showing their new status. Any certified diver from a recognized agency may participate in the ReActivate program.

Scuba Diver
This certification allows you to dive under the supervision of a PADI professional to a maximum of 40 feet. Includes educational materials and use of SCUBA gear.**

Upgrade from Scuba Diver to Open Water Diver - $225
Open Water Diver
The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world's most popular SCUBA course. Certified OW Divers can dive with a dive buddy, acquire air fills, rent/purchase SCUBA equipment, and explore depths near 100 feet.
Minimum Age: 10.
Includes PADI Open Water eLearning, confined water (pool) sessions, checkout dives, certification fee, and use of SCUBA gear.**

Open Water Diver - Referral Program
Complete part of your PADI Open Water Diver course with Project Scuba. Maybe you didn't get to finish your course while on vacation, had to relocate, or want to do your checkout dives in the ocean.
Minimum Age: 10.

Advanced Open Water Diver
The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your SCUBA skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. What a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor! Try out a Navigation and Deep Dive, then choose three specialties. Minimum Age: 12. Includes educational materials and use of SCUBA gear.**

Rescue Diver
The PADI Rescue Scuba Diver course can be described as both "challenging" and "rewarding." This course builds upon your existing knowledge of problem prevention and management during scuba diving. You must have current First Aid and CPR training from within the past two years. Emergency First Response CPR and First Aid courses are available. Minimum Age: 12. Includes educational materials and the use of SCUBA gear.**

Master Scuba Diver
With the PADI Master SCUBA Diver rating, you have reached the highest non-professional level. It means that you have acquired a Rescue Diver rating with five specialty training experiences in a variety of dive environments. See all the Specialty Diver courses offered.
